Installer – The Installer is primarily concerned with the installation of auto glass parts in an efficient and careful manner. The Installer’s value increases as they improve their knowledge and install speed.
Production Manager – The Production Manager is a senior installer. Productions Managers assist in the supervision of the production bays, as well as assist in management responsibilities.
Senior Production Manager – The Senior Production Manager is a Manager of the store. This position is primarily concerned with the overall performance of the store, its basic functions, and the growth of their personnel to perform at optimum levels of efficiency.
Service Advisor – The Service Advisor is primarily concerned with customer service in two areas: retail and account. This position operates wit the intent to cultivate upsales, leads and referrals, to create new business and maintain existing clients. Service Advisors may also be promoted to Co-Management.
Support Staff & Training Installers – Support staff is primarily concerned with the support of the installation in each store. Auto Glass trainees are those individuals who have transitioned into learning how to become an installer; once a trainee is able to install without an assigned mentor, they become an official installer.

Agent – Call Center Sales Agents are responsible for answering phone and email inquiries from customers, our shops, and other branches. Their primary focus lies in talking with customers who are looking to have auto glass work done on their vehicles, providing the customer with a price, and ultimately booking the customer in.
Manager – To see to the productivity and ultimately the profitability of the Call Center’s different sales and customer service channels (incoming calls, web, live chat)

Driver – The primary role of the driver is to locate, pick, clean and transport glass between Windshield Surgeons locations and other clients.
Manager – This position is primarily concerned with ensuring that all customers receive the correct parts requested within the designated time and that the warehouse staff has adequate direction to maintain the appropriate stock delivery in an efficient manner.This position is primarily concerned with ensuring that all customers receive the correct parts requested within the designated time. The candidate should possess skills such as accuracy, basic computing skills and the ability to work quickly.
